FACT #1 – Fight/Flight responses to environmental stressors DECREASE immune system function.

FACT #2 – The health of the brain and nerve system dictates the health of the immune system.

Toxins/Chemical:
ELIMINATE: Corn, Gluten, Dairy, Sugar, Artificial Sweeteners, & Refined Carbohydrates. Good Luck 😉

HYDRATE: Consume Water – at LEAST ½ body weight in oz/day
